We process the data you give us via the form, email, phone, WhatsApp and booking, and customer data needed for bookkeeping, payroll and tax returns, based on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and consent. Processors: Google Workspace, Netlify, Cal.com, n8n, Briox, Fortnox, Voitto and WhatsApp (Meta). Accounting records are kept for 7 years. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data and to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se. The full policy is available in Swedish and Arabic.
